Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/email confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.).
  • Digital products, downloadable files, or services.
  • Customized/personalized items.
  • Hygiene-related items (cosmetics, undergarments, health products).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Items can be exchanged for the same product (different size/color, if available).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

If you receive a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
