Eligibility for Returns:
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/email confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.).
- Digital products, downloadable files, or services.
- Customized/personalized items.
- Hygiene-related items (cosmetics, undergarments, health products).
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Items can be exchanged for the same product (different size/color, if available).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
If you receive a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
